Jen & Scott Stramecki
Jen and Scott founded Mountain City Realty with the hope of bringing a different level of service, care and communication to the industry. Sales are not the driving force at Mountain City Realty, service is, listening is, helping others achieve their dreams is. Zig Zigglar once said that “You will get all you want in life, if you help enough other people get what they want.” That is the goal at Mountain City Realty, to help you first.
Jen and Scott moved to Colorado Springs in 2010 to raise two amazing daughters in the Rocky Mountains. They love creation and all of the adventure and fun that the outdoors have to offer. When time permits they hike, ride bikes, run with their dogs or simply go for a drive through the rugged country all around us. They also enjoy the friendly people met while enjoying every inch of Colorado. Their daughters are pursuing big dreams here, one is a cowgirl and the other is into aeronautics and engineering. Colorado Springs fits their family incredibly well and they are thankful to be here! It has been an amazing place to plant a family!
Katherine Collins
Katherine has lived in Colorado for 10+ years. After growing up in a dry, desert area she loves the beauty and nature of Colorado and being in a state with all four seasons and their unique activities. She is excited to help others find the incredible opportunities Colorado has to offer in both rapidly expanding cities and close-knit communities. Katherine loves walks outdoors, skiing in the mountains, spending a day relaxing at the range, but most of all she loves serving others. Katherine thrives when helping people discover their own interests and passions. She strives to be a blessing to everyone she encounters and a help to those around her in the various stresses of life.

Secondly, Jen and Scott have worked in and own a remodeling and handyman company, as a matter of fact they still do, Handy Can Fix It. They have actively been in the construction industry for over twenty years. During that time they have built, repaired and remodeled hundreds of homes. They really know houses, they understand how homes go together from design and planning, then from the ground to the roof. Sticklers for quality, craftsmanship and service, they love helping people see a vision and then bring it to life, and delivering beyond their expectations.
